Quality, environment, information and cyber security policies
The management of IT Solutions, in the person of the Manager, formally declares these Quality, Environment, Information Security and Cyber Security Policies of the IT Solutions Management System with the following scope:
Removal, servicing and preparation for recycling of IT equipment. Decommissioning of scrapped IT equipment (ITAD) and deletion of information media.
The policies are documented, disclosed and understood by all employees who have access to the information and information systems of IT Solutions Ltd. The policies have been approved by the Manager and are applied throughout the organisation. The policies are maintained by the GISG (Integrated Management System Group).
1. Quality Policy
Objective
We are committed to providing high quality recycling and treatment services for unwanted IT equipment that meet customer needs and exceed their expectations. The company’s quality management system is based on the principles of continuous improvement, efficiency and transparency in operations.

Maintaining quality standards through compliance with international ISO standards (9001).

2. Environmental Policy
Objective
IT Solutions Ltd. strives to manage waste sustainably and minimize environmental impact through proper management of unnecessary IT equipment. The company is committed to compliance with all regulatory requirements and to integrating sustainable practices into its processes.

Compliance with ISO 14001 environmental standards.

3. Information Security Policy
Objective
A.T.I Solutions Ltd. understands the critical importance of information security and makes every effort to protect customers’ confidential information during the IT equipment recycling and disposal processes. The company is committed to safeguarding data and preventing any threats or security breaches.

Ensuring secure destruction of data from equipment before recycling.
Using reliable methods to protect customer information throughout the processing.

4. Cyber Security Policy
